Pediatric Partners 

 

 

 

The Story of Pediatric Partners is heartwarming, It all starts in 2001 when a little girl is born, she refuses to breath. As a result she had to spend three days in the NICU. Fast forward to when this same little girl is 6 yrs old,  she finds out shes going to be a big sister, April tenth come and she has a little brother who cant keep his blood sugar up, so he has to stay in the NICU for two weeks. Then Sept 16, 2009 comes around and the little girl gets another little brother, who was born 2.5 months early. He spent almost three weeks in the NICU. 

 

 

The main thought that comes to mind when I say Pediatric Partners is the thought of all the children and babies who are in the hospital, who haven't yet experienced the outside world. I want to give them a blanket to remind them of their trip to the hospital, not as the scary place that stuck me with sharp things but the fun place that made me feel better.
